hemp and Almond Pesto spaghetti vegetables

Hemp Pesto and Vegetable spaghetti
This is a very easy and quick dish to make
Spiralise the vegRoast the hemp and almonds

Blend the pesto then saute the vegRecipe

2 carrots

2 zucchini

1/4 brown onion

cashew cream thin



1 large bunch of basil leaves only

50g hemp seed roasted at 180c for about 10-15 mins

50g roasted almonds

2 cloves garlic

70-100ml olive oil


Make the pesto

Just blend everything together still fairly smooth

Saute the for 2-3 minutes, add the carrots for another 2-3 minutes

Add the zucchini and cook for another 2-3 minutes

Add the pesto, cashew cream

use tongs and make a pretty pile of veg.

Great with crusty bread and a salad
